  • Amazon has rolled out its new Lift program for small and medium-sized businesses in New Zealand, giving them access to over 200 cloud services

  • New Zealand is one of the initial countries to have access to the Lift program, which is also available in Singapore, the Philippines, Australia and Japan

  • The program is designed to allow businesses to test and utilise more than 200 AWS cloud services through the company's extensive global cloud infrastructure

  • Participating businesses will be charged a minimum of $1, with any services used up to USD$83,500 per year credited back to customers.

“Small-medium businesses are incredibly important to the New Zealand economy and we’re looking at a variety of ways to invest with them,” AWS New Zealand said.
