Rising Star Accounting Association of the Year Award confirms Alliott Group as a leader in global financial industry
An independent panel of judges including Mark Koziel, the AICPA’s Vice President of Firm Services & Global Alliances and Warren Allen, former president of IFAC, selected Alliott Group as the winner of the 2016 The Accountant/International Accounting Bulletin Rising Star Association of the Year award.
At an awards evening in London last week attended by some 300 guests from the global financial industry, Alliott Group fought off strong competition from a number of international accounting associations including Allinial, AGN, INPACT and Abacus Worldwide to win in a category described by the judges as “by far the most contested category of the year.”
The Rising Star Association of the Year award recognises the achievement of the alliance in the last year, with the judging panel commenting: “Alliott Group demonstrated a well thought out and effective new business and marketing strategy implemented in the last 12 months to strengthen the organisation’s global position, visibility and reputation. It resulted in the expansion of the association in seven countries, increased traffic on the website, and an increase in the volume of business enquiries coming into the association.”
