Jeff Katz kicked off proceedings with his address on due diligence in an age of doubt – how we can minimise the risk of becoming exposed to fraud and other vulnerabilities.

Greg and Vanessa with Alliott Group CEO James Hickey-205 Tim Bartz then provided his presentation on becoming a high-performance firm, advocating effectiveness and providing exceptional service to our clients. Mark J Koziel reiterated the theme when he outlined top issues facing our profession.

Company Director and author, David Wolfskehl, presented a business development session on building micro niches and using social media to increase marketing success. He also delivered a number of useful business development strategies and tools to support his points.

The various international trade and technical presentations throughout the five-day conference were well received by all delegates and the evening cruise and tavern dinners were thoroughly enjoyable, with wonderful meals and entertainment provided.

The entire conference was, as usual, a great opportunity for delegates to meet and celebrate the conference and network with other like-minded accounting and legal professionals.
