Before joining Alliott NZ in 1996 Vanessa was a manager at Deloitte in Auckland and New York. She is passionate about business success and growth and is an advocate of educating business owners on how to use financial information to achieve it. Alliotts' clients and team appreciate Vanessa for her ability to build strong relationships and the mentoring that she provides.
Vanessa is also the Chair of the Asia Pacific Region of the Alliott Group and sits on the worldwide Board.

Jill started her career in the finance industry, joining Alliott NZ in 1997. She takes a special interest in our business and works with Greg's clients to understand and improve their business(es).
As Practice Manager Jill strives to get the best out of each person under her guidance and works to ensure our clients receive the best possible service and advice. |

Justin started his education in biomedical science before deciding to pursue a career in accounting. He is now an experienced business advisory accountant who cut his teeth in one of New Zealand’s largest accounting firms.
In addition to advisory services, Justin is proficient in tax and has experience in audit, corporate finance and risk advisory. Justin is Xero-certified and works with Alliotts' clients advising on business, accounting and tax matters.
Outside of working hours Justin enjoys reading, playing tennis and watching football. He also enjoys exploring foreign cities and manages a small hive of bees in his backyard.

After graduating from Massey University in 2009 Gemma worked for a small firm of Chartered Accountants on the Shore - the same one that employed her part-time while she was studying. She then joined Alliotts and attained her full CA qualification.
When not working Gemma enjoys sports, in particular soccer, music and is an avid baker. |

David Drum
David joined Alliotts in July 2018, after working as the Financial Controller of both the Australian and New Zealand subsidiaries of a US-based Corporate in the chemical industry. He was a key member of the management team focusing on the strategic direction of the business.
David has accumulated knowledge of both Corporate and Private Equity owned businesses, including acquisitions, amalgamations and divestitures in both Australia and New Zealand. As a result, he is able to bring this varied set of skills to Alliotts and our clients. |

Cherry enjoyed studying a wide spectrum of business-related majors (Accounting, Marketing and Management) at The University of Auckland and The University of Edinburgh, and has since completed her Chartered Accountant qualification. Being a Xero Certified Advisor, Cherry applies her technical tax and accounting knowledge to help international businesses operate in New Zealand.
Cherry is fluent in Mandarin and is a Grade 8 Trinity College of London pianist with Distinction, keeping her musical talent in check by accompanying friends. When not at the piano, she loves nothing better than camping in the great outdoors. Cherry also maintains her interest in education, property and not for profits (NFPs) – the latter being an area germinated at university and later formalised by her co-founding Synergy, which has since been recognised with a Kiwibank Local Heroes Award.

Gwen Andrada
Gwen has over 15 years’ experience in the accounting profession as a Certified Practising Accountant and then as a Chartered Accountant. She has broad industry experience in banking, construction and petroleum handling multimillion-dollar assets. She is proficient in NZ tax and has extensive farm accounting experience and management reporting.
Gwen is fluent in Filipino and can help Filipino business owners with their accounting and compliance requirements, as well as growing their businesses. She is passionate about helping clients by showing her genuine interest in their businesses, by making them comfortable in asking for help/questions and in doing her best when dealing with them.

Nadun held a number of accounting roles in public practice and industry both in New Zealand and Australia before joining Alliott NZ. In addition to accounting and a keen interest in business advisory, Nadun has a solid compliance background in preparing financial statements, GST and PAYE.
He is Xero certified and also has proficiency in preparing cash flow forecasts and budgeting. In his spare time, Nadun is a keen cricketer.

Beth Yang
Beth joined Alliotts after finishing her Master of Professional Accounting degree at the University of Auckland and is currently undergoing her Chartered Accountant qualifications. Before moving to New Zealand, she was working in one of the worldwide top 10 banks as a finance advisor in China. Proficient in using Xero, Beth helps business owners for budgeting, financial reporting, business advisory and payroll to meet their regulatory deadlines and keep their accounting and tax affairs in order.
Outside the office, Beth enjoys playing guitar, watching movies and going outdoors. She’s also providing support for youth professional development in an NPO and has been nominated to be a delegate of the Aspiring Leaders Forum held by the New Zealand Parliament.

Suzie started as our receptionist in 2012. As Alliotts' Client Services Assistant she’s responsible for customer service as well as general administration duties.
Although Suzie is a social person in and out of work, she does enjoy walks with her dog. |

Rachel Hansen
Rachel originally worked for Alliott NZ Ltd for a couple of years starting in 1999 as Receptionist/PA and then took time out to start her family. With a strong background in office administration, Rachel resumed her role in 2018 as a part-time Client Services Assistant.
Outside of work Rachel enjoys long hikes and an occasional run in the forest with her two large dogs, as well as tinkering on her gorgeous park-like lifestyle block.

Bruna Alves
Graduating from the University of Sorocaba in Sao Paulo, Bruna holds a degree in Hospitality Management and has worked in front house reception for a number of years – across a variety of different industries in her native Brazil. It’s the first time she’s worked in the finance and accounting sector here with Alliott NZ.
Residing in New Zealand since 2017, Bruna spends her time outside of work cooking up a storm in the kitchen or dining with friends.
