With over 12 years experience in assisting businesses with their development and management accounting Kaajal has been with Alliott NZ since 2001.
Originally from Canterbury, Kaajal moved to Auckland after completing her degree at the University of Canterbury and remains a strong supporter of the Crusaders.
Kaajal’s role as a Business Improvement Manager means that she can satisfy her passion for helping clients achieve the best they can in their business and personal lives. She works closely with clients to establish, develop, manage and grow their businesses.
Her ultimate goal is to assist her clients in creating wealth – whether it be through growth, increasing profits, improving cashflow, protecting their assets or developing an exit plan from their business so they can live a stress free retirement.
Kaajal may not have all the answers but she will not rest until you do. Her empathy and genuine concern for her clients and their businesses has resulted in her building strong client relationships which in turn have lead to successful results.
Her industry experience is vast and varied but she takes a particular interest in Medical, Hospitality and Construction.
